Shipping Policy

Cards will ship within 1-3 days after receiving payment. If you need a rush order, please send me a message and I'll do my best to make it happen. 

International orders work the same way, but obviously take a bit longer to arrive. All International orders will be shipped regular mail without tracking so please plan for up to seven days for arrival. If you want your order shipped with tracking (package), please contact me prior to placing your order and I can customize accordingly. 

All cards are shipped in a clear plastic bag and a secure flat shipping envelope that doesn't bend easily. If your package gets caught in the wheels of a mail truck or falls out of a USPS airplane, then take a picture of the damage and I'll replace your items. 

I can't promise arrival time because the USPS can be temperamental. But I can promise that I'll send your items out first class (only the best for you) with tracking.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be happy with my products. Bottom line. So I will work with you if you are not happy with something you purchased in my store. 

**If you need a card by a certain date, please make a clear note of that when you place your order. If you do not, there will be NO REFUNDS on items that are delivered after an expected date.

Exceptions to the Rules:

As stated in Shipping Policy, if your card arrives damaged I will replace it and expedite the shipping.

If you don't receive the card and the tracking number has mysteriously disappeared from the grid, then I'll replace your order.

If I mess up and send you a grandmother card and you wanted a card for your pending break-up, then I absolutely will replace your order.
